Souveräne Private Community Cloud
Contributing to a large-scale IT transformation initiative supporting the establishment of a sovereign private community cloud for the justice system across federal and state authorities. The initiative focuses on modernizing a heterogeneous IT landscape and enabling the development and operation of cloud-native services. This includes container-based platforms and AI capabilities. Design of the cloud operating model and IT operating framework for application, platform, and infrastructure operations. This also includes defining IT Service Management processes to ensure stable, secure, and scalable cloud services. Responsibilities include coordinating public IT service providers across federal and state authorities, defining operational governance structures, and establishing standardized service and support models for cross-organizational cloud operations.
IT-Transformation
Supported a large-scale IT transformation program for one of the largest public banks. Conducted process analyses and developed target concepts for Availability, Release, Capacity, and Performance Management to strengthen operational stability and service management. Assessed the use of an ITSM tool for managing changes, incidents, and problems in combination with internal single source-of-truth systems and developed concepts for standardized usage. Additionally analyzed ITSM interfaces (E-Bonding) and designed concepts for integrating external ticketing tools, while establishing a structured knowledge management approach to improve transparency and knowledge sharing.
Server Hardening
Project Manager for a proof-of-concept initiative on server hardening to strengthen system security and reduce vulnerabilities. Established a structured approach to improving the security posture of critical infrastructure environments. Oversaw the development of technical documentation and operational run books to support security operations.
Sales System For All Vehicle Models
Large-scale transformation project involving eight work streams and a 17-member team. In collaboration with Accenture, the client implemented a future-ready sales system covering all vehicle models. Responsibilities included the design and implementation of ITIL-aligned requirements and release management processes to ensure structured and reliable change and release delivery. In 2023, the established processes and requirements were further expanded and adapted to support five additional brands. In this context, took on the role of Change and Release Manager, ensuring the structured coordination, planning, and delivery of releases across brands. This included aligning cross-brand requirements, supporting the client’s evolving agile project environment, and further strengthening the Life Cycle Management process.
